Twin 7.2 and 7.5 earthquakes hit Venezuela, killing at least 164

Two of the strongest quakes to strike Venezuela in a century hit Yaracuy state near Caracas seconds apart on Wednesday evening, collapsing buildings and killing at least 164 people. Officials warn the toll will climb as rescuers reach trapped residents.
