The UN’s Syria refugee appeal is down 37% for the three countries still in it

Türkiye, Lebanon and Jordan are asked to plan on $2.74bn this year against $4.38bn last year. Eight months in, the plan has 10.3% of it — the second worst-funded of 34 appeals worldwide.
