Gaza death toll passes 73,000 as strikes persist under broken ceasefire

Gaza's Health Ministry says more than 73,000 Palestinians have been killed since the war began, including over 20,000 children, with at least 1,000 killed by Israeli fire in the eight months since the October 2025 ceasefire that President Trump declared had ended the war.
