President Trump used a Wednesday cabinet meeting to harden his Iran posture, insisting Tehran is "negotiating on fumes" and that November midterms will not push him to settle on weaker terms. Marco Rubio said another several days of talks were needed to extend the ceasefire and reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
