Carney chooses Saab GlobalEye over Boeing Wedgetail in C$10bn surveillance plane swap
Prime Minister Mark Carney announced on Wednesday that Canada would enter exclusive negotiations to buy the Saab GlobalEye early-warning aircraft instead of the Boeing E-7 Wedgetail.
